SoFi counts people with a qualifying lending or financial-services relationship, including certain linked-account and credit-monitoring services. This is a cumulative relationship count, not a monthly-active-user measure.

How do I calculate quarterly member growth?

Subtract the prior quarter’s count from the current count for net additions. Divide that difference by the prior count for growth; compare the same quarter a year earlier for year-over-year growth.
