VizualStocks is a lightweight market research application that helps users view market data, company dashboards, watchlists, and related investing information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how users can ask us to remove their information.

We keep the data we collect focused on operating the product, securing accounts, and improving the experience. We do not sell personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to create, secure, and operate your account. This may include your name, email address, password authentication status, Google authentication identifiers, whether Google has verified your email, your Google hosted domain when available, account creation and login timestamps, refresh token records, subscription status, and app preferences.

We may also store product data you create or choose inside the app, such as watchlists, selected companies, dashboard preferences, saved settings, and other lightweight usage data needed to make VizualStocks work for you.

2. Information From Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, Google may provide us with basic profile information such as your email address, name, unique Google account identifier, email verification status, and hosted domain. We use this information to sign you in, link your Google account to an existing VizualStocks account when appropriate, and protect against duplicate or unauthorized accounts.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate users, keep accounts secure, remember preferences, show relevant dashboards and saved views, troubleshoot issues, communicate about support or account matters, and improve product reliability.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand app usage and performance. Aggregated or de-identified information does not identify you personally.

4. Market Data and Third-Party Services

VizualStocks displays financial and market data from third-party sources. Those providers may have their own terms and policies. We do not control their data collection practices when you interact with their services outside VizualStocks.

5. Cookies, Tokens, and Local Storage

We use authentication tokens, refresh tokens, cookies, and browser storage where needed to keep you signed in, protect sessions, and maintain app preferences. You can clear browser storage or cookies, but doing so may sign you out or reset local preferences.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, email, payment processing, and database infrastructure. These providers are expected to use information only to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users, or to investigate misuse of the Service.

7. Payments

If paid features are offered, payment information may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on VizualStocks servers.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account and app data only as long as reasonably needed to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

If you ask us to delete your account or remove your information, we will remove it as requested, no questions asked, except where limited retention is legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or accounting records.

9. Your Choices

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@vizualstocks.com. You can also stop using Google Sign-In with VizualStocks from your Google account permissions.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account information and authentication data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so users should keep login credentials private and notify us if they believe an account has been compromised.

11. Children's Privacy

VizualStocks is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the date above.
